How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    HR & Talent Business Partner | (12-Month FTC – Maternity Cover) | Creative Agency (Start ASAP) | London / Hybrid | up to £60,000 per annum


    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR & Talent Business Partner to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial creative business. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will balance strategic people planning with day-to-day operational HR delivery to drive performance, culture, and engagement.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with senior leaders to align talent strategy with commercial business goals.
    • Employee Relations: Provide pragmatic, expert advice on ER matters, performance management, and employment legislation.
    • Talent & Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, quality recruitment decisions, and candidate experience.
    • Payroll & Tech Governance: Oversee payroll compliance and data accuracy using the People First HRIS system; leverage tech and AI tools to optimize HR efficiency.
    • L&D & Projects: Identify training needs, support group learning initiatives, and deliver on the wider HR strategic roadmap.


    About You

    • Previous experience in an HR role or strong exposure to HR functions
    • Knowledge of employee relations
    • Commercially aware with the ability to balance people and business needs
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
    • Experience in a fast-paced, creative, or entrepreneurial environment is desirable
