Do you have 6 months administration experience from a professional services environment?
Have you recently completed studies within legal secretary subject - CILEX/ILSPA/Pitmans or a BTEC in business administration with legal modules.

As a Team Assistant you will be working in one of the firm's fast-paced and highly regarded practice areas supporting PA's and lawyers with all aspects of admin support ranging from filing and scanning including efiling through to diary management
travel management
assisting with event management and attending events
assisting with legal document preparation for court and clients
assisting with expenses and billing
creating powerpoint presentations
and so much more!
Please note this a 5 day a week in the office role and our client can provide a fabulous City based office (near to Moorgate, St Pauls, Liverpool Street station and many others!) and excellent benefits including a generous holiday entitlement, season ticket loan, wellness benefits and a great working environment with lots of internal training!
