How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

You'll be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple priorities while acting as a trusted right-hand to two busy C-suite leaders.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Complex diary and inbox management
    • Coordinating senior stakeholder meetings, ensuring agendas and logistics are managed seamlessly
    • Preparing correspondence, reports and presentations
    • Supporting the planning and delivery of corporate events, including Charity Days, Executive away days, and Board dinners

    • Maintaining documentation via SharePoint and internal systems
    • Providing ad hoc support to the wider Executive team when required

    You will have:

    • A minimum of 3–5 years' experience supporting two or more C-suite Executives
    • Previous experience within insurance or reinsurance (preferred), or a broader financial services environment
    • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities
    • An initiative-taking, calm and solutions-focused approach
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude
    • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Workday and Microsoft Copilot

    The Opportunity

You'll be joining a collaborative team of Assistants, led by an experienced EA Manager, within a highly respected organisation. The Executive team is approachable, professional and values strong partnerships with their Assistants. The role offers a consistently busy workload within a supportive, friendly and well-established environment.

If you are a Personal Assistant with the necessary and relevant experience, looking to make an immediate impact within a leading insurance business, we'd love to hear from you.
