Practice Assistant – (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
London | Up to £49,000 | Hybrid Working (3 Days in the Office)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Assistant to join the Private Equity team of a leading international law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Supporting a busy team of fee earners, you'll provide proactive, high-quality administrative and organisational support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- Document production and matter administration
- Billing, expenses and file management
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Providing seamless support to a busy Private Equity team
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Legal PA or Practice Assistant experience within a law firm
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, adaptable and professional approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
