We're partnering with a venture-backed InsurTech that's redefining insurance through technology, AI, and a customer-first approach. As they continue to scale, they're looking for an experienced Head of Claims to lead their claims operation, drive performance, and shape the future of the function.
What you'll be doing
- Leading and developing a high-performing claims team
- Owning claims strategy, operations, and service delivery
- Driving operational improvements and scalable processes
- Working closely with Product and Technology to enhance the claims journey
- Supporting international growth as the business expands
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading an insurance claims function (this role isn't suitable for candidates without claims leadership experience)
- A strong background in claims operations, performance management, and continuous improvement
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced business, ideally within InsurTech or a technology-driven insurer
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes
