An exceptional opportunity has arisen for two graduates to join the HR team of a highly regarded and fast-growing organisation.
This graduate programme offers an outstanding opportunity to begin your career within Human Resources, gaining exposure across key areas of the HR function whilst working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, high-performing and intellectually stimulating environment.
Successful candidates will begin with a six-month placement in the London office before relocating to Newcastle on a permanent basis. During the recruitment process, you will be considered for two specialist HR pathways—HR generalist or Early Careers. Whilst you will have the opportunity to learn more about both teams, final placement will be determined by the business based on your strengths and where you are best suited.
The Role
Responsibilities may include:
• Supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration and employee changes
• Coordinating interviews, assessments and candidate communications
• Supporting graduate recruitment, university engagement and Early Careers initiatives
• Maintaining HR systems, employee records and reporting
• Assisting with HR projects and continuous process improvements
• Liaising with employees, stakeholders and external providers
• Supporting the planning and delivery of recruitment and engagement events
• Providing high-quality administrative support across the wider HR function
About You
• A recent graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree (or international equivalent)
• An excellent academic record throughout your education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Analytical, proactive and naturally curious
• Confident managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
• Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Previous work experience, internships or involvement in recruitment, events, student societies or customer-facing environments would be advantageous but is not essential
• Available to start immediately or on a short notice period
