We’re partnering with a high-growth, boutique deal advisory firm supporting private equity and FTSE 250 corporates on complex, global M&A programmes.
Operating across both pre-deal diligence and post-deal value creation, the firm brings together senior ex–Big 4 leadership and a track record of advising on complex, cross-border transactions.
They are now looking to appoint a fractional AI advisor to work directly with Partners on live mandates.
The opportunity
- Act as the AI / technology voice in the room on client calls with PE investors and senior corporate stakeholders
- Support Partners in winning and shaping new work, as well as advising on delivery
- Focus on practical AI applications within deal environments (diligence, value creation, transformation)
What they’re looking for
- Senior AI/Data leader (CDO / CTO / AI Lead level)
- Strong commercial credibility in front of investors and boards
- Proven experience linking AI to tangible outcomes (revenue, cost, efficiency)
- Comfortable operating in a deal-led, fast-paced environment
Engagement model
- Fractional: c. 5 days per month (flexible, could scale)
- Long-term advisory relationship alongside an existing AI capability (2 recent hires)
- London-based team, global deal exposure
