My client are seeking a Temporary Digital Trading Assistant to join their innovative team on a temporary basis to start immediately, supporting the fast-paced e-commerce team.
The Role:
As a Digital Trading Assistant, you’ll play a key role in optimising the customer journey and driving online sales. You’ll work closely with the Digital Trading Manager to support website performance, product launches, merchandising, and promotional activity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily trading of the website, ensuring products are merchandised and performing optimally
- Assist in uploading and updating product information, pricing, and imagery
- Monitor key KPIs and support with weekly and ad-hoc reporting (sales, conversion, product performance)
- Help execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal updates
- Conduct regular site walks to ensure accurate content, functionality, and user experience
- Liaise with internal teams (Buying, Marketing, Creative, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth operations and timely launches
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an e-commerce or digital trading role, ideally within fashion or retail
- Proficient in CMS and product management systems (Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Available to start immediately
