An award-winning law firm is seeking a Legal PA to join their highly regarded Employment team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing proactive and high-quality PA support to a small group of fee earners
- Extensive diary and travel management across multiple time zones
- Preparing, editing, and formatting complex legal documents and correspondence
- Managing billing, expenses, and client file administration
- Liaising confidently with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Assisting with business development activities and client events as required
About You:
- Proven experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate the needs of busy lawyers
