We're looking for a Mid-Weight Designer to lead projects end to end and take real ownership of design delivery.
What you'll own
- Leading projects from concept through to client presentation, technical drawings and approvals
- Producing and reviewing full drawing packages, and signing them off before they go to the client
- Running client presentations and being a confident, warm client-facing lead
- Leading the handover to contractors and making sure drawings are surveyed and understood before work begins
- Delegating to and supporting the designers on your projects
You'll be a great fit if you have
- Solid experience in high-end residential interior design, running projects concept to install
- Strong technical drawing skills (Vectorworks and/or AutoCAD)
- A good command of FF&E and how design and procurement fit together
- The instinct to follow things through to completion — you close loops without being chased
- Excellent organisation and an eye that doesn't miss the small things
International project experience is a real plus but not essential.
