Head of Risk & Compliance

This role will lead the development of governance frameworks, risk oversight and compliance programmes across a diverse portfolio of international operations and strategic partnerships. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can establish structure, influence senior stakeholders and drive meaningful organisational change.
We are interested in candidates from multiple areas including highly regulated sectors including financial services, fintech, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and other related industries.
The ideal candidate will bring experience building or transforming risk functions, leading governance initiatives, engaging with risk committees and operating effectively within complex stakeholder environments.
