How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

When not providing driving support to the CEO, the successful candidate will be expected to undertake a range of office administration and facilities management duties, playing an active role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of theoffice.Key Responsibilities
    Executive Driver to CEOProvide safe, reliable, and professional transportation for the CEO to business meetings, events, airports, and other engagements.Manage travel schedules and routes to ensure punctuality and efficiency.Maintain vehicles to an exceptional standard, ensuring cleanliness, servicing, and compliance requirements are always up to date.Support occasional personal and business-related errands on behalf of the CEO, including occasional household support.Be available to accommodate changing schedules, including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends.Office Assistant & FacilitiesResponsibilities (when not driving)Actively support the day-to-day running ofthe office.Coordinate with the Salford Campus Manager to ensure any supplies, cleaning or maintenance needs conducting.Liaise with cleaners, and building management.Ensure meeting rooms, communal areas, and executive spaces are maintained to a high standard.Conduct routine office checks and report maintenance issues.Assist with office moves, furniture setup, and workplace organisation.Support health & safety andfacilities-related administration.• Provide general administrative support to theCEO and wider business as required.Candidate Requirements:The ideal candidate will be a polished,hands-on, and dependable professional who is equally comfortable driving seniorexecutives and carrying out practical office and facilities duties. A proactiveapproach and willingness to assist wherever needed are essential.Essential Requirements• Full UK driving licence with an excellentdriving record.• Previous experience in a chauffeur, executivedriver, office assistant, facilities, workplace, or similar support role.• Strong organisational skills and attention todetail.• Strong professionalism, discretion, andintegrity.• Flexible approach to working hours andresponsibilities.• Comfortable doing both executive driving andfacilities-related tasks
