Whether you're an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, a graduate considering a career in education, or someone with transferable experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals, we'd love to hear from you.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Working closely with teachers and SENCOs, you'll provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, and other learning differences. Your support could be delivered on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, or within the classroom, depending on each school's requirements.

We are looking for candidates who:
Have experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN (preferred but not essential)
Demonstrate patience, empathy and excellent communication skills
Are proactive, adaptable and committed to supporting every child's individual needs
Hold (or are willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Have the legal right to work in the UK
