Paraplanner with clear pathway to Financial Adviser.
£55K - £60k Base + bonus and benefits and full training & support

Our client is a highly respected, prestigious wealth management firm, serving high-net-worth clients and their dependents. This role needs an experienced Paraplanner due to growth and expansion. The ideal Individual will be someone who enjoys working with established clients and high net worth) and ideally wants a role that provides full training and support to progress to an advisory role in a short period of time. The Opportunity
As an experienced Paraplanner you will have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, non-jargon-based relationship-led advice. Working closely with an experienced Adviser, where you’ll play a key role in shaping client recommendations while developing the skills and exposure needed to step into an advisory position in the future.
This isn’t just a back-office role, as a Paraplanner, you’ll be heavily involved in client interaction including client meetings and helping to formulate the recommendations and given real visibility across client relationships.
The Role
- Writing clear, compliant, and technically robust suitability reports.
- Conducting detailed research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
- Supporting Advisers in building tailored financial plans.
- Producing cashflow modelling and long-term planning analysis.
- Assisting with complex cases and acting as a technical point of contact..
- Working closely with Advisers and Administrators to deliver a seamless client experience
What They’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Paraplanner within wealth management.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is a must!
- Strong technical knowledge across core advice areas.
- Experience with report writing and cashflow modelling.
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Someone organised, detail-focused and keen to develop, who has a real passion for supporting clients and their families.
Progress towards Chartered status would be a big plus, but not essential.
