Your role will involve guiding individuals and groups through structured programs designed to support leadership, personal growth, and professional development — all on a schedule that suits your lifestyle.
What you’ll do:
- Support clients as they engage with structured personal growth and leadership programs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while tracking progress toward goals.
- Operate autonomously while having access to a broader team for guidance and support.
Who you are:
- Experienced in fields such as consulting, client engagement, coaching/mentoring, marketing, or other professional roles.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable using everyday digital platforms.
- Being social media savvy is useful, but being open to learning marketing skills is more important — we provide full training.
- Passionate about leadership, personal growth, and helping others achieve their objectives.
