How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Company Description Inorss Technology provides a robust, integrated one-stop service and support ecosystem for domestic and foreign high-tech enterprises. The company helps clients gain in-depth market intelligence in targeted regions and accelerates market entry by collaborating with local resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential customers, such as clinics, laboratories, and educational institutions, and presenting product features and benefits. The role involves coordinating product demonstrations, managing inquiries, and providing timely follow-up and basic after-sales support. The Local Distributor will gather local market feedback, monitor competitor activities, and share insights with Inorss Technology to refine sales strategies. This role also includes maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities while building long-term relationships with local partners and customers.
    Qualifications

    • Comfort with digital tools for remote work, such as CRM systems, video conferencing, and basic office software.
    • Prior experience in distribution, channel management, or field sales is an advantage; experience in high-tech or healthcare sectors is a plus.
    • Relevant education or professional background in science, technology, business, or a related field is beneficial.
