What you need
- Proven experience delivering targeted interventions or tutoring across the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum (primarily English/Phonics and Mathematics), or holding a relevant teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS).
- Valid right to work in the UK
- An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to obtain one).
- A strong understanding of the National Curriculum, primary assessment frameworks, or foundational phonics schemes.
- Experience supporting diverse learning needs, including pupils with SEND (e.g., ASD, dyslexia) or those requiring catch-up support
- The ability to implement tailored lesson plans and track student progress effectively to boost confidence and attainment.
- A compassionate approach combined with exceptional communication skills suitable for collaborating with young learners, parents, and school staff.
