How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Company Description

Azoma is the leading provider of Agentic Commerce Optimization (ACO) software, trusted by global enterprises such as Mars, Unilever, L'Oréal, Beiersdorf, and others. With the rise of Shopping Agents like Amazon Rufus, Walmart Sparky, ChatGPT, and Gemini, Azoma enables brands to monitor their presence, uncover consumer trends, and generate optimized content to win in this new era; whilst also building the brand-side infrastructure for future agent-to-agent commerce via our Agentic Merchant Protocol. Azoma has been featured in top-tier outlets such as BBC, Business Insider, Vogue Business, VentureBeat, and The Grocer.

    Role Description

Azoma is hiring a Head of Partnerships to own, build and scale a channel program with the world's leading marketing and media agencies. The primary targets for this role are the major holding companies: WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, and Havas, some of which Azoma has existing relationships with.

This role carries end-to-end responsibility: pitching our platform to agency decision-makers, closing commercial agreements, managing partnership relationships, and building the infrastructure for a scalable program (co-selling playbooks, joint go-to-market motions). You will report directly to the Founder and CEO and be based in London, West Hampstead.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated experience building agency partnerships from the technology vendor side, ideally with one of the major holding company networks or their sub-agencies
    • A strong commercial track record: comfortable with outbound prospecting, pitching, and closing
    • Good people skills, which will translate to effective Agency Account Management
    • Ecommerce industry experience, specifically Amazon, sufficient to speak credibly with both agency teams and large CPG or retail brand clients
    • Experience working inside an Agency holding company is a strong plus
    • Existing UK work rights
