The Team

It handles the full spectrum of contentious real estate matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations, lease renewals, vacant possession, rights to light, development-related conflicts, and energy/infrastructure property disputes. The client base is broad and impressive, spanning institutional landlords, major developers, government bodies, and corporates.
The Role
As an Associate, you will manage a varied caseload of property litigation with appropriate supervision, covering a mix of landlord and tenant, development, and rights-related disputes. You will draft pleadings, attend hearings, and engage directly with clients, playing an active role in client meetings and negotiations.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in property litigation, ideally gained at a reputable city or national firm
