How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Start Date – September 2026

    Graduate Business Management Scheme in the Care at Home sector with Clece Care Services.

    Gain an insight into all areas of our fast-growing business, with opportunities for rapid internal progression and continued personal development.

    We are now recruiting for the scheme to start in September 2026.

    What you will be doing

    During the two year Graduate Business Management Programme you will have the opportunity to rotate across the business, gaining vital experience in the following core areas: Operations, HR and Finance.

    As well as hands-on experience in our office, you will receive full in-house training from our senior management team. This will be supplemented by external training that is tailored to your own personal development.

    In addition:

    You will rotate between departments to gain insight into all areas of the industry

    You will develop key management skills, from rostering to reporting, and have the opportunity to implement these directly

    You will collect information and report findings back to the team

    You will receive in-house training to develop into a future leader of the business

    As part of the scheme, you will have the opportunity to take up positions within other areas of the business which may mean relocation around the UK.

    The Ideal Graduate Business Management Scheme candidate:

    - You are on course for or have gained a minimum of a 2:1 in a business or management related degree.

    - For candidates who have studied, or are studying other disciplines and have a real interest in business and facilities management, please do apply.

    - You are interested in developing a career within facilities management

    - A graduate with superb communication and written skills

    - Organised with excellent time management skills

    - A motivated self-starter

    - An articulate graduate

    - Problem solver

    - Must have a full driving licence.

    We are recruiting specifically for Aberdeen but this scheme is a national one and you will in time have the opportunity to work at other locations across Scotland and the UK.
