am.
This is a 180 role, working closely with one of our top billers to support their success in the German market — focusing on finding and placing exceptional candidates rather than generating new busin
ess.
Key Responsibil
ities
As a Recruitment Candidate Resourcer (German-Speaking), you
- will:
Work directly with one of our top-performing consultants, supporting them in delivering recruitment solutions to high-profile German c - lients.Proactively headhunt and source candidates across the Digital, Data, and Life Sciences sectors in G
- ermany.Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for specific
- roles.Manage candidates through the entire process — from initial contact to offer acce
- ptance.Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring p
- rocess.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every
stage.
