How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Document Controller | Residential Developer

    North London


    Curated Search are supporting the appointment of a Document Controller for an established residential developer delivering residential schemes across London and the South East.

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Technical team supporting the delivery of multiple residential developments.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports and specifications.
    • Administer the Asite platform, ensuring accurate document control, version management and quality assurance.
    • Manage document distribution, user permissions and project access.
    • Monitor document workflows and approvals, highlighting outstanding actions and supporting project teams.
    • Produce reports on document status, approvals and workflow progress.
    • Support the implementation and administration of Asite workflows, forms and Field tools.
    • Assist with the collation of As Built documentation.
    • Provide day-to-day support to Asite users across the business.
    • Assist with training for internal teams, consultants and contractors.
    • Support the Information Manager in maintaining document control standards and driving best practice.


    Candidate Profile:

    • Previous experience as a Document Controller within residential development, construction or engineering.
    • Experience using Asite or a similar document management system.
    • Experience managing technical drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
    • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across technical, site and consultant teams.
    • Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience supporting Technical or Engineering teams within a residential developer or main contractor would be advantageous.


    Offering:

    • Between £30,000 and £40,000 base salary, depending on experience.
