· Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, delivering a positive and engaging experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
· Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, skills, and cultural fit against role requirements.
· Partner with hiring managers to shortlist candidates, ensuring strong alignment between business needs and candidate profiles.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing guidance to both candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth and professional process.
· Communicate verbal offers to candidates and agencies, supporting hiring managers through the offer stage and ensuring timely acceptance
