How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Marketing Content Creator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
    Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

    We are recruiting for a creative and hands-on Marketing Content Creator to join a successful business on a 6-month fixed term contract.

    This is a varied role supporting UK and European marketing activity, including product launches, campaigns, sales support materials, digital content, social media, video and printed collateral.

    You will be responsible for creating engaging, brand-consistent content across multiple channels, working closely with internal marketing, sales and commercial teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    Creating content and campaign assets for social media, websites, email campaigns and internal communications.
    Supporting product launches, promotional campaigns and sales support initiatives.
    Producing marketing materials including brochures, presentations, customer one-pagers, direct mail, trade show graphics and product launch artwork.
    Creating video content and editing imagery to showcase products, services, manufacturing processes and customer stories.
    Using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
    Managing multiple projects, prioritising workload and meeting deadlines.Proofreading content and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

    Managing digital assets and supporting improvements to future marketing activity.

    About You

    The successful candidate will ideally have:

    Experience in content creation, digital marketing, marketing communications or a similar role.
    Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
    A good understanding of digital marketing channels including web, email and social media.
    Strong visual communication, storytelling and attention to detail.
    Photography, image editing and video content experience.
    A creative, proactive and adaptable approach.
    Experience in a B2B environment would be beneficial.The Opportunity
