Key Responsibilities
• Budgeting & Management: Assist Property Managers in the setting, reviewing,
and management of annual service charge budgets.
• Year-End Accounts: Lead the preparation of year-end service charge accounts,
ensuring accurate expenditure reporting and timely distribution to leaseholders.
• Reconciliations: Perform comprehensive bank, supplier, and balance sheet
reconciliations regularly.
• Credit Control: Monitor outstanding service charge arrears, issue demands, and
proactively manage debt recovery in line with company policy.
• Financial Reporting: Produce accurate monthly and quarterly management
reports, detailing variances against budget
