How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Family Executive Assistant

    Location: South Kensington, London

Type: Full-time, office-based / flexible depending on requirements

Sector: Private Family Office / Property / Estates / Charitable Events

    Overview

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a newly developing family office based in South Kensington.

Our client is a high-profile private individual who is looking to appoint a highly capable, discreet and positive all-rounder to support him and his team across a wide range of family office responsibilities.

This is a varied, interesting and challenging role, suited to someone who enjoys being at the centre of things, taking ownership, solving problems and making sure that everything runs smoothly.

The successful candidate will assist with the organisation and oversight of a substantial property portfolio, support charitable events and act as a key point of contact for people involved across the family office, estates, properties and wider network.

    The Role

This is a broad and hands-on position where no two days will be the same. Responsibilities will include:

    • Supporting the day-to-day running and development of the family office.
    • Assisting with the organisation, administration and oversight of a substantial property portfolio.
    • Liaising with estate managers, property managers, contractors, suppliers, advisers and other external parties.
    • Acting as a key point of contact for individuals connected to the family office and estates.
    • Coordinating meetings, diaries, travel, appointments and follow-up actions.
    • Assisting with the planning and organisation of charitable events, private functions and related activities.
    • Liaising with high-profile individuals, professional advisers and senior stakeholders with confidence and discretion.
    • Helping to ensure that tasks, projects and property-related matters are followed through properly.
    • Maintaining accurate records, correspondence, documents and action lists.
    • Supporting the principal and wider team with a range of administrative, operational and personal office duties.
    • Handling confidential information with absolute professionalism and discretion.

    The Person

We are looking for someone highly capable, organised and trustworthy, with the personality and drive to thrive in a busy private office environment.

    The ideal candidate will be:

    • A fantastic all-rounder who is happy to turn their hand to a wide range of tasks.
    • Highly organised, focused and able to keep on top of multiple moving parts.
    • Positive, proactive and calm under pressure.
    • Confident dealing with senior, high-profile and professional individuals.
    • Discreet, polished and professional at all times.
    • Naturally helpful, practical and solutions-focused.
    • Comfortable working in a role where priorities may change quickly.
    • Able to take ownership and follow matters through to completion.
    • A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
    • Someone with initiative, common sense and excellent attention to detail

    Experience

Previous experience in one or more of the following areas would be useful:

    • Family office
    • Private office
    • Executive assistant / senior PA support
    • Property administration or estate coordination
    • Events coordination
    • High-net-worth individual support
    • Professional services, luxury, property, charities or private client environments

Direct family office experience is helpful but not essential. The most important qualities are intelligence, discretion, organisation, positivity, reliability and the ability to get things done.

    Why Apply?

This is a rare opportunity to join a fascinating and growing family office at an early stage.

The role offers genuine variety, responsibility and exposure to property, estates, charitable events and high-level private office work. It would suit someone who wants a long-term role where they can become trusted, valued and central to the smooth running of the office.

    Key Attributes

Discreet. Positive. Organised. Practical. Focused. Loyal. Professional. Calm. Capable.
