Are you an experienced Powder Coater looking for a new full-time opportunity? We're recruiting for a skilled Powder Coating Operative to join a busy manufacturing business offering a temp-to-perm position with immediate starts available.
Working across a diverse range of industries, this is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be coating a wide variety of metal components and products while maintaining the highest quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Powder Coater Responsibilities
Preparing metal components for powder coating.
Applying powder coating to a high-quality finish.
Operating powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Working closely with the production team to meet customer deadlines.
Powder Coater Requirements
Previous experience as a Powder Coater, Powder Coating Operative, Paint Sprayer, or within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and a strong work ethic.
Health and safety conscious.
