How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support a major finance systems transformation programme on an initial 6-month interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a complex change environment, providing project coordination, governance support, and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams.


    Key Responsibilities


    • Coordinate and support the delivery of a finance systems transformation programme across multiple workstreams.
    • Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs, project plans, action trackers, and status reports.
    • Facilitate stakeholder communications and support governance meetings, ensuring clear tracking of actions and decisions.
    • Monitor key project activities, including UAT and data migration, providing progress reporting and escalation where required.
    • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones to support successful project delivery.
    • Assist with project scheduling, resource coordination, and continuous improvement of project processes and controls.


    Skills & Experience Required


    • Proven experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Project Support, or similar project delivery support role.
    • Familiarity with finance systems (e.g. ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Sage or similar.
    • Experience supporting business transformation, systems implementation, or change programmes.
    • Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and project controls.
    • Experience coordinating UAT and/or data migration activities from a project support perspective.
    • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project (or similar planning tools).


    This role is Outside IR35 and requires you to work from the London office 4 days per week.
