Legal Counsel – Regulatory
We’re seeking a highly capable regulatory lawyer to join a major infrastructure buisness, supporting a large-scale project.
- In this role, you will deliver specialist legal guidance across regulatory, licensing, and permitting requirements, supporting compliance and wider applicable regulatory regimes.
- You will work closely with senior stakeholders, operational teams, government counterparts, and external advisers, providing strategic legal input across complex and high-profile matters.
- Regular engagement will include key regulators.
This is a strategic position suited to an regulatory lawyer who can operate in a fast paced environment and help ensure critical regulatory obligations are clearly understood, effectively managed, and consistently met.

- England & Wales Qualified Lawyer
- Private practice or In-House experience
