We are working on a search on behalf of a fast-growing, highly regarded strategic consultancy. Our client sits at the intersection of deep human understanding and hard commercial reality — turning customer insight into strategy that technology businesses actually implement. It's a distinctive position: neither a traditional research agency nor a management consultancy, but something more powerful than either.

The opportunity
Demand is outpacing what the current partnership can absorb. Our client is growing its leadership team deliberately — and only with people who can lead senior client relationships from day one. This is a hands-on, senior role, not a management layer.
What you'll need
— Strategic authority. 15+ years in research consultancy, management consulting or design. Proven at translating customer insight into commercially actionable strategy. Confident at SVP and C-suite level.
— A commercial track record. £1m+ revenue and £0.5m+ PBT, consistently delivered. A client portfolio you've grown. Accounts you can bring.
— The right mindset. Entrepreneurial. Direct. Invested in the work and the business, not just your own contribution.
