Interim Employment Counsel
London (Hybrid) or Paris (Hybrid)
We’re currently supporting a globally recognised technology business in hiring an Interim Employment Counsel to join its EMEA Employment Legal team. The client is a a leading global technology platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at scale in a fast-paced, international environment, advising on complex cross-border employment matters.
The Role:
Act as a trusted legal advisor to HR and business stakeholders across EMEA, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day employment issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Advising on the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, mobility, investigations, terminations, disputs)
- Supporting cross-border employment matters across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
- Partnering with HR to develop policies, procedures and compliance frameworks
- Supporting business growth through pragmatic, risk-based legal advice
- Collaborating with global legal teams on strategic initiatives
- Delivering internal training on employment law topics
About you:
- UK-qualified solicitor with 5 – 10+ years’PQE
- Strong employment law experience (private practice and/or in-house)
- Proven experience advising across multiple jurisdictions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative, adaptable and solutions-focused

- London (3–4 days in office, flexible)
