- Architect and deliver the next generation of customer identity and loyalty platforms.
- Stay hands-on — designing, coding, coaching, and setting technical direction.

- Collaborate with digital product, data, and engineering teams to create seamless, personalised user journeys.
- Build and grow a high-performing, inspired tech team.
- Ensure everything is fast, secure, and built to scale.
