We are seeking a high‑calibre, hands‑on operator to lead The Brown Cow into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven background in running a high‑quality pub, restaurant, or hospitality venue, preferably with food-led trade.
- Strong operational skills across staffing, stock, compliance, financial management, and customer experience.
- Ability to maintain and grow the pub’s reputation for excellent food and warm hospitality through events, seasonal menus, and function bookings.
- A natural host who thrives in village‑pub environments and enjoys building rapport with locals
- Commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for families, diners, locals, walkers, and dog owners.
- Skilled at promoting the pub’s offer, using both community engagement and digital channels.
