This is a full time role that will start in September 2026 on a full time permanent contract. Salaried Teacher training also available for September 2027 start.

This primary school are looking for bright and articulate teaching assistants who want to go that extra mile in helping children succeed. Year 2 is an important year for primary children and this school are wanting teaching assistants who can help with the daily teaching and learning across year 2 and help raise attainment.
Your role will be working alongside the class teachers in Year 2 to help raise attainment in Maths & Literacy as well as ensuring that teaching and learning is fun and engaging.
Your role will be working with children of all levels (both higher and lower ability) in small groups and 1:1 to ensure that they achieve successful learning outcomes in their last year of infants.
You will be required to work across the Year 2 year group to build strong relationships with each child and hope that they are enjoying their learning as well as getting the best from your support!
This role is open to both experienced primary teaching assistants as well as graduates who hold at least a 2:1 in their degree.
This school can offer teacher training for those who are looking to work a year as a teaching assistant and then do teacher training!
