Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? We're recruiting a reliable and hardworking Drivers Mate to join a busy delivery team based in Petersfield. If you enjoy being on the move, working as part of a team, and delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Please note: Flexibility is required as finish times may vary depending on delivery schedules. Some days may finish earlier, while others may require additional hours.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting the driver with the loading and unloading of goods
Ensuring deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on time
Providing a friendly and professional service at customer delivery locations
Handling products with care and attention to prevent damage
Following all health and safety procedures at all timesEssential Skills & Experience
Comfortable with heavy lifting
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentDesirable Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a delivery, warehouse, removals, or labouring role
Basic knowledge of delivery paperwork and documentation
