Head of Company Secretarial
An exciting senior leadership opportunity has arisen with a large professional services business. This role sits within a growing Corporate Secretarial Services team, offering the chance to lead a high-performing function, deliver strategic governance services and drive business growth across a diverse UK client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of UK entity management and governance services
- Act as senior advisor to high-profile clients
- Drive business development and identify growth opportunities
- Manage and develop a team of c. 20 professionals
- Oversee departmental budgets, resourcing and profitability
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
Key Skills & Experience
- CGI/ICSA qualified with extensive UK CoSec experience
- Proven leadership and team management capability
- Strong commercial awareness and business development track record
- Experience advising listed companies and complex groups
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Hybrid
- This role benefits from a hybrid working set-up of 3 days per week in the office after the initial 3 month probation period.
