They’re now looking to hire a Head of Growth to drive sales across D2C, Amazon and TikTok Shop. This is a BRAND NEW ROLE which has been created, so it’s a great time to join.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
⭐️Proven Growth/Performance Marketing experience for a fast growth FMCG challenger brand, ideally an omni-channel brand.
⭐️Proven success developing performance creative
⭐️Experience managing large paid media budgets is important (£250k+ per month)
⭐️Strong agency management experience is very important
⭐️TikTok Shop experience is desirable, though not essential
⭐️Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
