We're hiring an experienced Tenancy Progressor to join our Central London offices at Foxtons, London's leading estate agency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of tenancy progression but is also looking to take the next step in their career.
As a Tenancy Progressor, you'll manage the entire tenancy journey from offer agreed through to move-in, working closely with tenants, landlords, and agents to ensure every transaction progresses smoothly and efficiently. You'll use your organisation, problem-solving, and communication skills to keep all parties informed and overcome any challenges along the way.
What makes this role different is the opportunity to help shape and build a growing progression team from the ground up. As the team expands, you'll play a key role in establishing best practices, supporting new joiners, and contributing to the development of the function, while continuing to remain hands-on in the progression process.

To be successful in this role, you'll need previous experience as a Tenancy Progressor or in a similar role where you've managed property transactions. To provide the best service to our customers and clients you will need to have high attention to detail, organisational skills and extensive written and spoken communication skills. Previous experience within a sales or tenancy progressor role or residential lettings experience is crucial.
