We are looking for staff on days and nights (mixed) at present, you will be joining a fantastic group of homes. This is a brilliant role for a fantastic company. The role involves working in a LD Home with Complex, High Needs and challenging behaviours.
ROLES AVAILABLE
PART TIME – 24hrs hour per week - £14.45 per hour, 2 shifts a week, 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am, including every other weekend on a rota. Breaks Paid!!
FULL TIME – 36hrs hour per week - £14.45 per hour, 3 shifts a week, 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am, including every other weekend on a rota. Breaks Paid!!

You will be tasked with assisting with the resident’s care plan, supervising the caring team, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
· One Year minimum experience of working in an LD or elderly social care environment.
· Ideally be a driver as public transport is limited.
· Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills
