This position would suit a surveyor who is detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working independently, have at least 5 years’ experience.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
* Carrying out RICS Level 2 valuations
* Produce accurate, clear, and timely survey reports
* Identify defects, risks, and maintenance issues with appropriate recommendations
* Communicate professionally with clients and other stakeholders where required
* Manage workload efficiently to meet agreed turnaround times
* Travel across the Home Counties to attend inspections
* Lease valuations, providing information and advice on extensions
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills
* AssocRICS or MRICS qualification (preferred)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential surveying (Preferred)
* Proven experience completing Level 2 Home Surveys
* Strong technical knowledge of residential construction
* Technical knowledge of residential property leases
* Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Salary range will be: £47.500 - £50,000pa Plus car allowance, or use of company pool car.
