Key Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for:

PCB assembly, component placement, soldering and rework
Cable assembly, wiring, crimping, looming and harness assembly
Mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
Reading engineering drawings, schematics and assembly instructions
Assembling products to production schedules and quality standards
Carrying out basic inspection and testing
Maintaining production and traceability records
Reporting defects and non-conformances
Following ISO 9001 procedures and ESD requirements
Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining a safe working environment

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone with:

Previous PCB, cable or mechanical assembly experience
Experience as a Solderer within electronics manufacturing
Ability to read engineering drawings and assembly documentation
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment
Understanding of quality inspection processes
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience as a Production Operative would be advantageous
