This well-established construction specialist delivers mechanical and commercial fit-out projects for a prestigious portfolio of clients across London. Built on a reputation for quality, reliability and exceptional project delivery, they continue to secure repeat business from major clients. With ambitious plans to almost double turnover over the next five years, they are now looking to strengthen their project management team with an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager who can help drive the business through its next phase of growth.

Your Role as a Senior Mechanical Project Manager will include:
* Managing mechanical and fit-out projects valued up to £2 million
* Overseeing projects from pre-construction through to final handover
* Managing subcontractors, programmes and project budgets
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

The successful Senior Mechanical Project Manager will have:
* Proven experience managing mechanical building services projects
* Background delivering commercial mechanical or fit-out projects
* Strong commercial and contractual awareness
* Excellent knowledge of project delivery from start to completion
* Full UK driving licence
