About the Role:

We are currently seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join our growing and dynamic team based in Bristol. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality design and technical solutions for both residential and commercial projects, ranging from luxury homes to cutting-edge office spaces and much more.

Key Responsibilities:

Producing detailed design drawings and technical specifications using REVIT.

Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.

*

Developing and maintaining technical drawings and documentation for both residential and commercial projects.

*

Managing project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with regulations.

*

Assisting in the preparation of planning applications, building regulations, and construction documentation.

*

Working closely with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong portfolio

*

Expertise in REVIT (essential), with a solid understanding of BIM and other design software.

*

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and materials.

*

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

*

A positive attitude and the ability to bring creative solutions to design challenges.

*

Relevant degree or professional qualification (or equivalent experience) in Architectural Technology or a related field.
