Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their busy operation in Leeds.
Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be one of three Team Leaders responsible for leading a team within a warehouse operation of around 40 staff. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll motivate your team, drive performance and ensure operational targets are achieved.
Working Hours
* Sunday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
* Monday to Thursday: 4:30pm – Midnight
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and support warehouse staff
* Deliver training and coach team members
* Manage attendance, absence and return-to-work processes
* Monitor performance and maintain high operational standards
* Use warehouse IT systems confidently and accurately
What We're Looking For
* Previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience in a warehouse environment
* Strong people management and communication skills
* Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
* IT literate
* Reliable, organised and committed to continuous improvement
