We're recruiting for a Lamination Assistant to join a well-established manufacturing business supplying packaging solutions into the healthcare sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or warehouse experience and a valid Counterbalance FLT licence looking for a stable, long-term role with training and progression. VNA training will be provided.
What you'll be doing:
· Assisting the Lamination Operator with production and material supply
· Using SAP to locate, issue and return materials
· Loading/unloading reels and wrapping finished goods
· Operating Counterbalance FLT and other handling equipment safely
· Carrying out daily checks and supporting end-of-order duties
· Maintaining housekeeping, 5S standards and safe working practices
· Supporting waste segregation, cleaning tasks and continuous improvement activities
What we're looking for:
· Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
· Experience in manufacturing, warehouse or production environments
· Good attention to detail and safety awareness
· Team player with a proactive approach
· Willingness to train on VNA
· Own transport due to site location
