About Them?
I am working with an architecture and planning firm to find their next architectural technician. Working with all the major residential developers, they deliver projects across the South East on medium to large scale projects. This is an AutoCAD and Revit using firm so proficiency in these would be preferable.
About You?
If you're an architectural technician who is looking for a change then I would love to hear from you. Experience working on large scale residential developments would be a huge advantage so you could slot straight into the position. Working collaboratively with a small-medium sized team, I am looking for applicants who are happy attending the office daily in Colchester.
Successful applicants will have a portfolio packed full of detailing packages and technical drawings. You should be a proactive self starter who has worked in a fast paced architectural practice.
