Site Manager – Leisure Projects (Padel Courts)
West London & Home Counties (Mobile Role)
Rate: £300–£330 per day
Contract: 4–5 Months

We are working with a reputable Main Contractor specialising in leisure facility developments, currently delivering multiple padel court projects across West London and the Home Counties. Due to increased workload, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee site operations on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day site operations across leisure construction projects

* Supervise subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and on programme

* Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance

* Coordinate materials, labour, and site logistics

* Carry out site inspections and ensure quality control

* Report progress to Project Managers and senior stakeholders

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction

* Experience on leisure or fast-track build projects preferred

* Valid SMSTS certification

* First Aid at Work certificate

* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations

* Ability to coordinate multiple trades on site

* Full UK driving licence (due to travel requirements)
