We’re recruiting for Process Operators to join a well-established, high-performance manufacturing environment, working with advanced materials and modern production techniques. This is a hands-on role where your experience on the shop floor will be valued from day one.
The Role
Working as part of a busy production team, you’ll be involved in the preparation, assembly, and finishing of components across a range of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and handling raw materials for production
Assembling components using hand tools and production equipment
Carrying out lay-up and preparation of materials
Loading and operating machinery including presses, ovens, and autoclaves
Finishing, assembly, and quality checks on completed products
Packing and labelling finished goods ready for dispatch
Recording production data accurately
What We’re Looking For
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production line environments
Comfortable working with tools, materials, and machinery
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to follow processes and work to targets
Reliable and able to work rotating shifts (6–2 / 2–10)
Team player with a strong work ethic
