Scope Overview
The B2 lead will scope and produce implementation briefs across:
CRM: new standalone B2C HubSpot instance, sales funnel architecture, data model
Marketing technology stack: landing page platform, tracking layer, attribution, multi-channel lead nurture
Payment infrastructure: multiple funding routes including government loan, self-funded, and employer part-payment
Assessment of existing systems for B2C applicability, including records, finance, and content management
Telephony decision for the B2C sales and admissions team
Candidate Profile
Essential:
Proven B2C technology architecture experience in a consumer-facing business context
Systems integration design
HubSpot CRM in a consumer context, including awareness of its limitations
Payment infrastructure architecture across multiple funding routes
Comfortable making architecture calls with incomplete information under time pressure
