About the role
Depending on your availability and preferences, you could be:
Teaching Nursery or Reception classes
Covering emergency staff absences at short notice
Supporting schools with short-term sickness or planned leave
Taking on long-term teaching placements with planning and assessment responsibilitiesResponsibilities may include:
Delivering engaging and inclusive EYFS lessons
Following school planning for daily and short-term cover, or planning and assessing learning for longer-term roles
Creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
Supporting children's academic, social and emotional development
Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare

Candidate requirements
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent experience teaching within EYFS
Strong classroom organisation and behaviour management skills
Flexible, reliable and professional approach
Ability to adapt confidently to different school environments
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong understanding of safeguarding in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)
